Positano, Nerano and Sorrento

A picturesque seaside village, Positano seen from the sea presents a spectacle which looks like a painting. The white Mediterranean houses, the bougainvillea covering the roofs, the domes and the lovely way the houses descend towards the sea give the place a marvellous natural beauty.

The excursion departs from Sorrento and goes along the coast of Massa Lubrense to Punta Campanella, the extreme tip of the sorrentine peninsula; from here the scenery continues with bays, caves and uncontaminated small beaches, away from the mass tourist circuit.

Before reaching Positano, a stop must be made in the bay of Nerano, famous for its long beach and restaurants by the sea, renowned for their local cuisine based on fresh fish.

We can arrange lunch at a good restaurant in Nerano, where you can try a traditional dish.

After leaving Nerano there is a trip around the small islands called “Li Galli”, which owe their name to the legend of the sirens, then we reach Positano, where we can stop for a break or for a little shopping at the shops selling Positano fashion.
